VALLEJO GAME COLOR - "THE ROMANS" PAINT SET

You get 10 different 17ml bottles of Vallejo Game Color acrylic paints designed to get you started painting Roman figures (plastic or metal). Ideal for most scales and for Imperial or Republican eras.

This is a really handy set if you want a functional hobbyists set with no frills that saves you the bother of selecting your paints individually. The paints come in a clip seal bag and will be sent in a sturdy postal carton.

Highlight for red tunics and shields

Base colour for red tunics and shields

#29 SICK GREEN

Scarves, alternative tunic / shield colour schemes for auxillaries etc...

#40 COBRA LEATHER

Sandals, belts, bags, straps etc...Can highlight any charred brown areas.

#41 DWARF SKIN

Flesh and skin. Use other colours to mix darker/lighter tones.

#45 CHARRED BROWN

Pilum stock, hair. Also for mixing as a darkening tone for shading. Water down to make a wash if required.

#52 SILVER

Armour, helmet, pilum point and sword highlights.

#53 CHAINMAIL SILVER

Armour, helmet, pilum point and sword. Plus sandal hobnails and shield bosses.

#55 POLISHED GOLD

Highlights on your metal armour, weapons etc..Also for standard bearer emblems and shield designs etc

#101 OFF WHITE

Woolen tunics if not painted red or green. Also a lightening tone for mixing highlights.
